Elopement packages are designed to be elopements - not small weddings - and are intended for only the bride and groom, but may include up to five guests ONLY. Please see additional terms.

You must obtain your own marriage license before your wedding with Elope to Savannah, from the Chatham County Courthouse in the Probate Court. We can NOT do this for you. Instructions are here: Chatham County Probate Court If you are a Georgia resident, you may get your license in your home county. Everyone else must get one from this county. And citizens of other countries may be married here. Georgia has no waiting period and no need for witnesses.

A 50% deposit is collected when you book your wedding online with our scheduling service.

We serve all kinds of couples, so come as you are and we will welcome you with open arms!

We try to make everything as easy as possible with our online scheduling, contracting, and billing service.

After scheduling your wedding, you will receive confirmation from our scheduling service and a week before your wedding, we will email you to confirm everything. So easy and simple!

If you've booked far in advance, don't worry if you don't hear from us! We've got eveything under control and remember you can always reach out to us with any questions you have.

The balance is due the day of the ceremony. You may pay on site with card or cash. No early pre-payments.

SPECIAL: Quiet Squares Package

We're bringing back this favorite with our couples this spring
This packages is the same as our Captured Memories package but in some gorgeous, yet less often used squares downtown.
These squares are "quiet" because they are less often travelled by tourists and give a good glimpse into beautiful Savannah scenery and architecture in a more private environment.
Book your wedding in one of the following locations to get this package: Pulaski, Chatham, Troup, Calhoun, Telfair, or Greene

Sign the License

Includes:

Just meeting to sign the license! Nothing else!
Both parties must be present.
NO DISCOUNTS apply to this package. Also, must be performed in Savannah, not on Tybee.

This package includes a ceremony and a super quick photo session for about 15 minutes including the ceremony of course! (about 40-50 photos total as final product) If you are looking for more photos, try one of our other photo packages with 30 or 60 minutes!

The Quickie

Includes:

For those couples who want more photos to remember their wedding day. This package includes 30 minutes of photography, including the ceremony.
Unlimited email, text or phone consultation with Elope to Savannah.

The Quickie is designed to be just that, quick and painless, and short and sweet.
Wedding roses are provided for both halves of the couple, your choice of color. Red, pink (light or fuchsia), yellow, orange, white/ivory, lavender (limited availability). Or you can choose one or two colors for a seasonal mixed flower bouquet. Our choice. Certain flowers, if requested may not be available due to expense or seasonal availability. For very elaborate bouquets, we can refer you to an amazing florist.
This is a photographer owned and operated business.Photography provided by a professional photographer (most likely Elizabeth, the owner) for 30 minutes with an online gallery link sent to couple after the ceremony. You will be able to download all the photos and have printing rights. You may also share the album with your friends and family with the option for them to place orders directly from the site. Southern Gothic Cemetery Elopement Package

Includes:

This is a bit of an unorthodox package; however, Bonaventure Cemetery is a beautiful place to get married and so is Laurel Grove Cemetery or Colonial Cemetery in downtown Savannah. These two locations explode with azaleas in March and April. Experience some of the hauntingly beautiful scenes and quirkiness straight out of a Flannery O'Connor story.

Due to cemetery fees for events, there are two prices for this package. One for weekdays and one for weekends and after hours events (5-8 p.m.)
Wedding in the Bonaventure Cemetery, Laurel Grove Cemetery or Colonial Cemetery Downtown.

Celebrations Session (For anniversaries, milestones, etc.) - Photography only Package

Includes:

We are offering 30 minute or 60 minute photo sessions for the following occasions- Anniversaries, Engagement portraits, Surprise Proposals!, new additions to the family sessions, and for couples visiting Savannah again who would like a celebration session
$199 for 30 minutes or $399 for an hour
No discounts apply to this package - UNLESS - you are a former client and are doing an anniversary or visit Savannah trip, or you do engagement photos or surprise proposal and book an elopement with us - you would get a 15% discount on the elopement package in that case!
Lots of people get engaged over the holidays, so this is the perfect time to book something now if you're planning on coming to Savannah to pop the question. We can arrange to meet a the same time and place and one of our photographers will stealthily capture your special moment and your fiance won't know until after they say yes!

This package is NOT intended for wedding photography with other officiants. It is for engagements, anniversaries, proposals, family photos. NOT weddings.

Any of the packages may be customized to your needs and desires, within the terms of our business model for being an elopement business, not for small weddings. Please read the following information. It will answer a lot of questions..

We understand that if you have a larger guest count for various reasons, however, we want to stay true to our intimate focus on the couple and we might not be the right company for you if you have a lot of guests.

Elope to Savannah is a business devoted to lavishing our full attention on couples getting married. We allow up to five guests so that you may include children, parents, or your best friends in your wedding. An elopement is classically defined as running off with your fiance and getting married in secret! While we still LOVE that idea and it is our ideal couple to have, we do understand that having a couple of people with you to share the moment may happen and is totally fine.

We understand that you may have a larger guest count for various reasons; however, we want to stay true to our intimate focus on the couple and we might not be the right company for you if you have a lot of guests.

Elopement package information

Packages DO NOT include chairs. Chairs would require an expensive permitting fee.
You do not need a permit for any location unless you specifically ask for chairs or decorations. We rarely ever have to do this and it is not necessary. Our ceremonies are short and sweet and it is simply not cost effective to pay for permits.
If not a resident of Georgia you must obtain your Marriage License from the Probate Court downtown Savannah. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless a holiday. You will both need to be present with your drivers license and the fee of $66. There is no waiting period, blood test or witnesses required. The courthouse phone number is 912.652.7267, if you need further information. If a resident of Georgia you may obtain the license from your county and bring them with you if preferred. If previously divorced you will need a certified copy of your most recent divorce decree.
